Dennis zoning panel approves Tiny Homes framework, establishes subcommittees. Chair Kate Kane's committee unanimously approved a Tiny Homes summary chart for submittal to the Select Board and Planning Board under state Seasonal Communities Act requirements. Two study subcommittees were established unanimously: one on tree-cutting provisions (Connie Bechard, Bill Clark, Jan Frazier) and another on water capacity (Bill Clark, Jan Frazier, Brien Hines).
The committee directed Town Planner Paul Foley to draft revised lot coverage language that will include hardscaping in coverage calculations.
