The Zoning Bylaw Study Committee unanimously approved a revised definition of "Year-round" for Affordable Housing By-law 4.9, with Chair Kate Kane noting the committee must emphasize at town meeting that the change applies only to new units under the bylaw. Committee member Jan Frazier will prepare the revised language and cover letter for the October town meeting.

In other business, the committee appointed Al Fisk as Vice-Chair and established a subcommittee to investigate what zoning amendments are needed to comply with the Seasonal Communities Act, with findings due to the Select Board by November 17.
