Dennis Zoning Bylaw Study Committee approves revised committee charge for Select Board review. Chair Kate Kane led the panel in unanimously approving the revised charge, which Committee member Jan Frazier will forward to Town Administrator Liz Sullivan. The committee also discussed two housing provisions required within two years under the state's Seasonal Communities program: Attainable Houses and Tiny Homes.
Town Planner Paul Foley reported the town has received approximately $100,000 in grant funding under the program. Frazier agreed to investigate definitions in Affordable Housing By-law 4.9 for the next meeting.
