Dennis Affordable Housing Trust approves $25,000 in project funding. The Trust unanimously authorized $15,000 from its In-Lieu fund for an environmental site assessment at 187 Depot Street and $10,000 to supplement a District Local Technical Assistance grant for the Housing Production Plan due by December 2026, according to Co-Chair Robert Samoluk. The Trust also heard a presentation from Ruth Walter on a proposed 18-unit affordable housing development at Elkannah Howland Road and expressed strong support for the project moving through proper planning channels.
