Dennis Select Board approves new seasonal entertainment venue. The Board unanimously approved a Seasonal All Alcohol License and Entertainment Permit for Foley Hospitality Partners d/b/a The Backyard by Foley's, a 33,650-square-foot entertainment venue at 645 Main Street, Dennis Port, with Michael Foley II as manager. Hours are 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. weekdays and 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sundays, contingent on Building and Health Department clearances with mid-season and post-seasonal reviews required. The Board also unanimously approved three liquor license transfers for The Salt Barn Dennis LLC, Sasha's Pizza Inc. (manager Sasha Angelova), and Kream n' Kone (manager Nestor Xhupi). Town Administrator Elizabeth Sullivan was authorized to execute a contract with BSC Group, Inc. for an updated Local Comprehensive Plan.
