Dennis Select Board unanimously approves $3.3 million Pound Pond project and other major infrastructure investments. The board voted to authorize Town Administrator Elizabeth Sullivan to execute the Pound Pond contract for $3,319,644.25, along with a $505,000 Dennis Highlands Golf Course Cart Barn renovation. The board also unanimously approved seasonal alcohol and entertainment licenses for Brodie Restaurant Inc. d/b/a Lighthouse Inn, with manager Theodore Zambelis and speaker-direction conditions to address neighborhood concerns.
Four union agreements for the May 5 Annual Town Meeting won unanimous endorsement.
