Dennis Planning Board directs compliance with all permit conditions at 645 Main Street entertainment venue. The seasonal outdoor entertainment garden, which opened July 3, has generated complaints from 11 residents and abutters about excessive noise audible up to a half-mile away, permit violations including early-morning amplified activities, inadequate parking and signage, and incomplete fencing. The Board, led by Chair Jeff Eldredge and Vice-Chair Liz Patterson, heard that the Building Commissioner had issued two Cease-and-Desist Orders and the Health Department raised concerns.
The Board directed applicant Michael Foley and Attorney Andrew Singer to comply with all 16 Special Permit Conditions and scheduled a full post-season review for October 5, 2026.
