Dennis Planning Board approves site-plan modification for New Venture Drive industrial building. Chair Jeff Eldridge and the Board unanimously approved changes to the 6,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building project, accommodating a Board of Health requirement for a tight tank and owner requests for reduced grading and relocated drainage. The Board also unanimously endorsed a Chapter 91 license for beach stairs between 96 and 104 Shore Drive.
Town Planner Paul Foley reported that BSC Group was selected as Master Plan consultant following an RFP, with a Housing Coordinator scheduled to begin June 1, and preliminary zoning concepts for mixed-use development are under consideration.
