Historical Commission approves Cape Cod Museum of Art as architecturally significant.

Dennis Historical Commission unanimously designates Cape Cod Museum of Art historically and architecturally significant. On motion by Bob Poskitt, the five-member commission voted to affirm the building's regional importance as the museum prepares a Community Preservation Grant application for exterior and interior restoration. The commission also unanimously approved fifty dollars in 2026 dues to Preservation Massachusetts and re-elected Diane Rochelle as Chair and Secretary.

Pending demolition applications for structures at 14 Judith Ann Road and 29 Corporation Road remain under review.
