Dennis Golf Advisory Committee tables Rules subcommittee formation after finding current communication adequate. The committee voted unanimously Monday to abandon the proposal after a preliminary study by members Brandon Mogayzel and Catherine Hoell determined that current communication with Head Golf Professional Michael Pry was sufficient. Director of Golf Maryellen Fabiano-Stowe reported strong financials, with the operation ahead by $115,406.10 compared to fiscal year 2025, and membership at 1,768, up from 1,739 in 2025.
The department is recruiting a full-time maintenance employee, and major capital projects include a cart barn at the Highlands under construction with a June 2027 target and a $1.8 million irrigation project planned for fall 2027.
