Dennis Select Board approves May Town Meeting warrant and overrides framework. The Board unanimously approved the 2026 Annual Town Meeting Warrant with one modification, swapping Articles 31 and 45 to allow flexibility should articles fail or funding amounts change, with the May meeting set for 6:00 PM. Town Administrator Elizabeth Sullivan was authorized to execute a $973,000 Change Order amendment with CDM Smith, Inc. for wastewater design services covering the effluent pumping station, Town Hall pump station, Site 2 recharge area design, and DEP permitting.
Sullivan also presented three proposed FY27 override ballot questions involving the Cape Cod Regional Technical High School and Dennis-Yarmouth Regional School District assessments, plus the general fund operating budget.
