Dennis Posts Update on Wastewater Project

DENNIS — The town posted new details this week on its ongoing wastewater overhaul, one of several Town Hall updates that also included a search for a Finance Committee volunteer and a heads-up on an upcoming Cape Cod paint recycling event.

TOWN HALL

The town's wastewater project page was updated July 23 with the latest information on the multiyear sewer infrastructure effort, according to the town website. The posting did not include new cost or timeline figures beyond directing residents to the project's dedicated page for details. The update comes as Town Administrator Elizabeth Sullivan's office continues to issue regular reports on town operations and projects.

Town Hall is also looking to fill a vacancy on the Finance Committee, according to a July 20 posting, and is accepting nominations for the annual Dennis Public Service Award, which recognizes outstanding service by appointed or elected members of the town's boards, committees and commissions. Separately, the town flagged this year's Cape Cod Latex Paint Take-Back Day as part of its 2026 latex paint disposal and recycling push, encouraging residents to dispose of old paint properly rather than in household trash.
