Dennis Affordable Housing Trust launches dual planning updates with new coordinator on board. The Trust welcomed Housing Coordinator Ashley Eachus, who holds a master's degree in urban and regional planning, to the town team. Consultant Judy Barrett of Barrett Planning Group will update the Housing Production Plan by November 1, 2026, while Adam Ducheneaux of BSC Group leads a Local Comprehensive Plan revision through December 2027.
Trust Co-Chair Robert Samoluk emphasized the need for a focused, actionable plan rather than a lengthy list of partial strategies. Both planning documents require approval from the Planning Board and Select Board before state submission.
