Dennis Community Preservation Committee confirms Select Board support for October Town Meeting articles. Chair Kellie Dionne reported the Select Board unanimously endorsed all CPC articles at its August 11 meeting. Committee member Chris Foley raised concerns about a pending affordable housing trust grant that has been delayed pending Town Counsel review, asking that the Select Board encourage the Trust to either sign, propose changes, or return the funds.
Dionne said she would seek an update on the matter.
