Dennis Conservation Commission approves septic upgrade, issues enforcement order for hardscape compliance

Dennis Conservation Commission approves septic upgrade with coastal compliance requirements. The Commission voted unanimously to issue a Positive 5 Determination and Negative 2 Determination for a septic system replacement at 2 Starboard Way, West Dennis, proposed by homeowners Todd and Kristen Zukowski and represented by engineer Phellyp Tonial of Down Cape Engineering. In the same action, the Commission unanimously issued an enforcement order requiring submission of a Notice of Intent to address unpermitted hardscape within the 50-foot coastal buffer.

The Commission also unanimously approved an Order of Conditions for the West Dennis Yacht Club's proposed bulkhead, pier, and boat ramp replacement at 259 Loring Avenue (SE16-2839), pending receipt of a planting plan, and issued a Certificate of Compliance for MZ Realty Land Trust LLC's septic upgrade at 84 Hiram Pond Road (SE16-1195).
