Dennis Community Preservation Committee approves $285,000 early grant release for Phase II construction. Chair Kellie Dionne and the eight-member committee voted unanimously to recommend the funds to FORWARD at the Rock to cover contractor bills before the June completion and certificate-of-completion issuance. The committee also unanimously approved its FY27 budget, estimated at $1,931,010 in combined town levy and state match, and forwarded five grant agreements to the Select Board for execution, including allocations to the Affordable Housing Trust, Cultural Center of Cape Cod, Cape Cinema, and youth baseball organizations.
The committee set its annual Select Board hearing for March 24, 2026.
