Dennis Conservation Commission closes four continued hearings and continues one septic project. The full Commission voted unanimously to approve Orders of Conditions and variances from the Town Wetland Bylaw for the Breen, 28 River Lane LLC, Santos, and Schneeberger projects, all involving coastal protection, beach nourishment, and parking modifications. The Boisvert septic upgrade hearing was continued pending a revised mitigation plan.
In enforcement action, the board voted unanimously to impose $1,200 in maximum fines against property owner Jimmy Mullen and a contractor for unauthorized grading, vegetation removal, and fill placement at 228 Lower County Road and required submission of a survey-stamped restoration plan within 60 days.
