Dennis Conservation Commission approves dwelling, coastal projects. The Commission voted 5-1 to approve a single-family dwelling at 25 Whig Street under the Affordable Housing Act with Commissioner Clark opposed due to concerns regarding impacts to Chase Garden Creek and groundwater impacts. The Commission unanimously approved bulkhead reconstruction and pier modifications at 6 Starboard Way in West Dennis after the applicant eliminated a proposed 8-by-20-foot float, and unanimously approved barn relocation with extensive native plant restoration at 159 Sesuit Neck Road.
