Dennis Conservation Commission approves determinations on three applications, continues a fourth. The panel voted unanimously to issue Positive and Negative Determinations for the Old Wharf Road deck-and-sunroom project in Dennisport and the Lanyard Lane driveway renovation in West Dennis, including a variance to permit work within the 50-foot buffer zone. The Old Wharf Dennis LLC application to enclose a patio was continued pending revised aerial site plans from the applicant.
The commission also unanimously approved a three-year extension for the beach nourishment and invasive species management project at 134A Coles Pond Road in East Dennis, and accepted the April 2 meeting minutes with one correction.
