Dennis Conservation Commission approves eight environmental permits in one meeting. Chairman MacDonald and all five members present unanimously signed Orders of Conditions for deck and bulkhead work, issued Requests for Determination of Applicability for bulkhead and septic upgrades, and granted four Certificates of Compliance at 156 Shore Drive, including a stone revetment project now subject to ongoing annual nourishment of 168 cubic yards. The Commission continued the Hagerty & Altenbernd driveway expansion hearing after requesting a narrower vista corridor and revised tree-removal plan, and withdrew the Sullivan wetland boundary application pending the applicant's new filing on unauthorized town stormwater infrastructure.
