Dennis Community Preservation Committee unanimously approves three community project applications for funding. The committee approved applications from Housing Assistance Cape Cod for an Assistance Resource Center, the Y-D Red Sox Baseball Club for an ADA accessibility project, and Friends of Bass River for an Indian Lands Area study. Executive Director Rick Bishop presented the Friends of Bass River project, which includes a $50,000 site-condition study by Tighe & Bond to assess erosion affecting an area that lost more than 22 trees in the past year and is subject to drainage from 11 Route 6 stormwater outfalls.
