Dennis Conservation Commission approves permits for four residential projects. The commission unanimously approved Orders of Conditions and variances for projects at 196 South Street and 2 Nuthatch Way in East Dennis, 74 Merchant Avenue in West Dennis, and 24 Luscombe Lane, encompassing dwelling additions, elevation, reconstruction, and habitat restoration. Members Clark, Norman, Lombardi, Chamberlain, and Platt also issued determinations for septic and addition work at two Dennisport sites and approved a revised beach access plan for a coastal revetment repair.
The commission closed an enforcement order for Pelham Farms after the applicant agreed to file a Notice of Intent for farm pathway maintenance.
