Dennis Board of Health holds work session on wastewater, mobile food regulations. Health Director Kristen Keller presented revisions to draft wastewater regulations that will advance to Town Council and return to the Board for a vote. Vice Chairman Joe Bunce and Member Diane Chamberlain discussed mobile food vendor operating rules, recommending to Select Board that vendors operate four to six hours daily with six as maximum and return to commissaries every other day.
Deliveries during operating hours would be prohibited, and Zoning approval would be required before license issuance. No formal votes were taken.
