DENNIS — Board of Health approves food service regulations and two septic variances. The Dennis Board of Health voted unanimously to adopt new Food Service Establishment Regulations. Vice-Chairman Bunce and Members Chamberlain, Terrio, and Furey also approved two septic system variances for environmentally sensitive properties: the Goodman Family Trust at 9 Division Street, Dennis Port, and the Kimball property at 6 Grouse Lane, East Dennis, with nitrogen loading reduced from 7.35 to 5.68 ppm.
The board removed a months-long Campbell property compliance hearing after confirming unauthorized alterations had been reversed and continued three other properties to July, warning that one could face condemnation if it fails to obtain a required maintenance agreement.
