Beach Committee approves Methodist church worship service at Corporation Beach

Dennis Beach Committee unanimously endorses Methodist church Sunday services. The committee backed a request from Northside United Methodist Church to hold weekly ecumenical worship on the Corporation Beach bluff from 7:30 to 7:50 a.m. between July 5 and September 6, with Committee Member M. Marvullo moving approval and unanimous support.
The recommendation will go to the Select Board. The committee also heard a presentation from the Woods Hole Group on the Haigis Beach proposal, with next steps including a final report to the Select Board.
