Advisory Committee on Disabilities approves January minutes, reviews Transition Plan.

DENNIS — The Dennis Advisory Committee on Disabilities approved January minutes and reported $13,558.23 remaining in its FY26 budget. The committee discussed implementation costs for a final Transition Plan distributed to town leadership and agreed to focus its first "accessibility guide" on beaches, parks, trails, and recreational sites. Member Grethe Kaeselau proposed a partnership with the town's Housing Authority.

The committee also advanced plans for a June "School's Out" information fair at the Dennis Center for Active Living featuring disability adaptations, following successful use of the facility as a warming center during a recent blizzard.
